On the first day, paintings subjects will be provided by the instructor.

On the second day, students should bring photos and/or sketches of subjects they wish to paint.

  • Two full sheets of 140# cold pressed watercolor paper
  • Flat 1" Brush
  • #12 Pointed watercolor brush
  • #3 pointed watercolor brush
  • Water jar
  • Easel if you have one
  • Board to work on
  • Palette
  • Tube watercolors:
    • Burnt Sienna
    • Ultramarine Blue
    • Yellow Ochre
    • Cadmium Red
    • Lemon Yellow
    • Paynes Grey
    • Cerulean Blue
    • Viridian
    • Alizarin
  • Sketchbook
  • Roll paper towels
  • Masking tape
  • Any other watercolor materials you already have
